Presenting to you your new Liva Miss Diva Universe 2022 Divita Rai!
Thank you for your grace and humility and thank you for showing all of us what true beauty and confidence looks like.
Lead the way queen! Cheering you on with whatever next you aim to conquer ❤️ @harnaazsandhu_03
It largely stems from an irrational fear of falling short of the "perfect" ideal I've set up for myself or what I perceive others have of me, which on hindsight only curbs my own growth & happiness.
I believe that we all struggle with accepting ourselves, of trying to appease people in order to fit in or be liked, shying away from truly being who we are for the fear of being judged or feeling alone.
I was someone like that too and I still struggle with keeping my 'disease to please' tendency on check somedays.
But my pageantry journey over the years with all its setbacks, disappointments and lessons has helped me recognise the importance of being honest with myself, of being rooted to what my intentions and desires are and not compromising on my values, self worth and happiness for the sake of fitting in to someone else's expectation or perception of me.
So today, as I embark on a lifelong dream of mine, I intend to be as honest as I can about my journey with all of you, to share as I learn, grow and create a more real, improved outlook about myself and my life. 🤍
I'm excited, grateful and ready for what's to come 💫

With 2 days to the zonals, I’m a mixed bag of emotions, nervous but a whole lot excited to make new friends and immerse myself in amazing experiences.
